The investment includes new buildings, painting and assembly line improvements, as well as enhancements to processes, systems, and logistics. The production capacity of sprayers and seeders will be increased by 50%, which is expected to boost John Deere’s position in the market. This move comes after more than 65 years of manufacturing in Argentina and underscores the company’s commitment to supporting production and development in the country.

John Deere produces all the main equipment necessary for the agricultural production cycle in Argentina, with over 3,200 direct employees and a network of exclusive dealers. They also have numerous national suppliers and are the main exporting company and employer in the sector. This new investment is seen as a milestone for the company and a commitment to embracing technology and optimizing processes in the agricultural sector.
